We use 2 of these boards as my sister and my mother ironing / business, at first does not mean scaling, flush, as instructed, and when you need to start, you hold down the button (hold RESET) key longer than 3 seconds, then stops flashing and you're good to go, have fun .....................
Try to fill it with white vinegar and water and let the steam travel in an old cloth.
Have you tried to clean with vinegar? It dissolves the lime ...
