I am a type 1 diabetic patients with hypertension who had seen a kidney specialist for about 1 1 / 2 years now.In December 2007 I went to the DR kidney. and my BUN was 40 and my creatinine was 1.3, indicating that it was a little high, so I started the medication and my kidney function returned to normal, the blood urea nitrogen at 18 years (which is normal) and My creatinine was 0.6, which is excellent.My question, I received a lot of back pain, my right ankle swells much (if two kidneys) dr.says swollen ankles, my blood pressure goes up very high and then bottomed out (wake up one morning my BP 151 / 90 and after 3 hours 80/60.I indigestion a lot and I lost my appetite, but when I check my kidneys, there are about 3 weeks, my blood urea nitrogen-30, which is still high (18 is the upper limit of normal) and my creatinine was 0.9, still within the normal range (1, 1 is the upper limit of normal).
