Freebmd For United States Detective Work - Were They Really Married?

Detective work - were they really married? - freebmd for united states

I wonder if someone can help:

I was born with a birth certificate of Elizabeth Ann Salter, on 28/09/1863 at Greenwich. His parents were John and Henrietta Salter SALTER Bhatia, two floors.

I found Henrietta Storey Bethia, born 1843 in FreeBMD basis, but can not find her marriage to John Salter, everywhere.

Interestingly, I found a marriage certificate, a stick Bhatia Henrietta married, or William or William James Harding March quarter 1863, about 6-9 months before the birth of Elizabeth.

But on the birth certificate, as Henrietta Henrietta Salter expressed, suggesting that she and John married.

So what's going on? Were they really married? And it is safe to assume that Elizabeth, the daughter of John, or maybe it was the result of the marriage of William's mother was?

What are your thoughts?
